Position: ARTIFICIAL LIFT ENGINEER
Experience: Atleast 10 years of experience in production engineering and optimization, including at 5 years in artificial lift systems design, implementation, and optimization.
Minimum Requirement:
- Must hold a Bachelor's degree in petroleum or mechanical engineering from a recognized and approved program
- Atleast 10 years of experience in production engineering and optimization, including at 5 years in artificial lift systems design, implementation, and optimization.
- Strong expertise in unconventional behaviors, well performance analysis and fluid dynamics.
- Strong hands-on experience in unconventional fields, focusing on plunger lift and rod lift systems.
- Proven track record of successful artificial lift system design, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in unconventional resources or HPHT/tight gas & oil well with a good understanding of hydraulic fracturing and its impact on flowback/production practices.
- Working knowledge in production assurance and optimization of natural flowing oil and gas wells.
- Expertise in relevant software tools for lift system analysis and data interpretation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, safety practices, and environmental standards.
