Supervise vendor production team for required quality and meeting production targets.
Collaborate with vendors management to expedite the production schedules with required allocation of resources , availability of materials.
Work closely with vendor engineering, quality assurance, and procurement teams to ensure seamless production flow by expediting the actions on the issues identified during execution.
Collaborate closely with the INTECH QC Team & Fabricator QC Team to facilitate inspections and testing at different project stages, in accordance with approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) documents and procedures
Schedule effective meetings with the vendor to review timelines and address any potential delays.
Develop contingency plans for potential delays, including alternative vendors or expedited shipping options.
Prepare regular reports on production performance metrics for management review.
Collaborate closely with INTECH Engineering Team for Drawings markups & monitor necessary modification required during manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
Minimum 8 -10 years hands on experience in manufacturing environment for Mechanical Fabrication & Integration activities of skids and related package systems in oil and gas industry.
BTech degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Strong organizational and schedule management skills.
Familiarity with quality control procedures and inspections.
Strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of manufacturing processes
