Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality meals.

Manage and coordinate kitchen staff, including chefs, assistants, and quality control personnel, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Leverage data and analytics to track production metrics, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements.

Collaborate on AI-driven initiatives to enhance meal preparation, portioning accuracy, and process automation.

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining the highest quality across all operations.

Optimize workflows to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and align production with company objectives.

Partner with the quality manager to maintain product consistency and integrate customer feedback into production improvements.

Generate detailed production reports, including performance, resource utilization, and cost analysis, for leadership review.

Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate innovative technologies into the production process.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in production management within the food or meal subscription industry.

Proven track record of managing and scaling production using data-driven decision-making.

Passion for leveraging AI and technology to enhance operational efficiency.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Expertise in food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, or equivalent).

Good English and Arabic.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with inventory and stock management systems.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with semi-automated or fully automated production systems.

Proficiency in generating and analyzing performance metrics and reports.

Background in integrating AI-driven solutions within production workflows.
