Responsibilities:

Planning for the product and creating schedules for production.

Oversee production and manufacturing processes.

Ensuring adequacy of stock and requesting unavailable resources.

Setting standards for quality and discussing budget expectations for the product.

Periodic maintenance of equipment and repair of damaged ones.

Reviewing workers performance and identifying training needs in addition to training new workers.

Supervising and motivating the work team.

Work with managers to achieve company goals in accordance with its policy while maintaining quality standards.

Collecting and analyzing data and contacting various departments and companies.

Monitor production rates and ensure product standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent 5+ years of experience in Production Management, production engineering, industrial or mechanical engineering.

To have high experience in the field of manufacturing and production and to have vocational training.

The ability to plan and organize so that the person can implement and monitor production operations.

Skill to act decisively in department matters relating to equipment or issues relating to equipment or personnel.

The ability to understand all designs.

The person possesses high knowledge in the field of information and communications so that he can deal with all the various programs and technologies.

Attention to detail reaching a high level of quality.

Ability to communicate clearly and clearly with team and clients.
