About the Role: As a Production Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of exhibition and event projects within the oil and gas sector. Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the production process for exhibitions and events, focusing on the oil and gas industry.
- Manage all phases of event production, from concept development to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Oversee the installation of projects, ensuring technical specifications and safety standards are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned.
- Implement quality control and risk management practices throughout the production lifecycle.
- Develop and manage budgets, optimize expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Train and lead a team of professionals, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the exhibition or event management industry, with specific exposure to the oil and gas sector.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale events or exhibitions.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
