Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders promptly and accurately using our order management system.

  • Data Entry: Accurately input order details, shipping information, and other information into the system.

  • Order Prioritization: Determine the order of fulfillment based on customer requirements and urgency. Coordinate with the internal team to prioritize orders for shipment accordingly.

  • Backorder Management: Identify items that are out of stock and initiate backorder processes.

  • Order Completion: Monitor backordered items to ensure they are shipped to customers as soon as they become available.

  • Order Forecasting: Ensuring inventory levels are adjusted to meet anticipated demand.

  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

  • Customer Communication: Contact point for customers order inquiries.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in relevant field.

  • Proven experience in order processing or customer service, preferably in a related industry.

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and order management software.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: RM2,133.14 - RM3,500.00 per month
