Order Processing: Process customer orders promptly and accurately using our order management system.
Data Entry: Accurately input order details, shipping information, and other information into the system.
Order Prioritization: Determine the order of fulfillment based on customer requirements and urgency. Coordinate with the internal team to prioritize orders for shipment accordingly.
Backorder Management: Identify items that are out of stock and initiate backorder processes.
Order Completion: Monitor backordered items to ensure they are shipped to customers as soon as they become available.
Order Forecasting: Ensuring inventory levels are adjusted to meet anticipated demand.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
Customer Communication: Contact point for customers order inquiries.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in relevant field.
Proven experience in order processing or customer service, preferably in a related industry.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and order management software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
