Responsibilities
You will be carrying out the integration of the different services that Weatherford provides with the objective of deliver solutions to our clients and meet their needs, from diagnosis to the technical solution proposal with valued focused on production optimization and re-service maximization.
Duties & Responsibilities:
OPERATIONS
Assess the potential quality of mineral and hydrocarbon resources.
Collaborate with customer drilling engineers to determine drilling locations on the basis of the interpretation of the data and models developed.
May provide direction to junior personnel.Works with supervisor to ensure projects are completed in a timely & accurate manner.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan & accomplish goals.
Data Analysis: Diagnosis of well problems by integrating electrical logs, pressure tests and other reservoir information and identifying integrated solutions.
Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users of subsurface technology tools and applications. Address and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Data management: Develop efficient data management strategies that guarantee the integrity, security and accessibility of data for relevant stakeholders within the production optimization process.
Software Integration: Identify, evaluate, and integrate specialized subsurface software applications that aid in geological data analysis and reservoir modelling.
Automation and Optimization: Implement work-flows to streamline subsurface data processing, analysis, and visualization task. Continuously explore opportunities to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency.
Security and Data Privacy: Implement and maintain robust data security measures to safeguard sensitive subsurface data. Comply with data privacy regulations and ensure data access is granted only to authorized personnel.
Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with geologist, reservoir and petroleum engineers, and other stakeholders to understand their technical requirement and provide training on the effective use of subsurface technology tools.
Technology Research: Stay updated on the latest technological trends and advancements in subsurface tools. Assess their potential application and propose innovative solutions to enhance operation.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and configurations. Prepare regular reports on system performance and recommend improvements as needed.

Build effective and respectful communication with client for pre job, ongoing, and post job for technical support.

Qualifications
10-15 years in a similar role
Experience of both Formation & Reservoir evaluation
Familiar with mature fields would be advantage
Degree in either Reservoir or Petroleum Engineering is esssential
You must be eligible to work in Egypt without requiring a visa
