Professional Development Program (PDP) - Engineer

S-Chem Professional Development Program:

S-Chem is eager to attract the top-tier graduates in engineering who have less than 2 years of experience to qualify them through an inclusive program that includes several practical activities in order to develop their knowledge and skills to support their professional growth and contribute to achieving S-Chem goals.

Required Majors:

• Chemical Engineering.
• Mechanical Engineering.
• Control Engineering.
• Instrumentation Engineering.
• Electrical Engineering.

Eligibility:

1. Saudi National.
2. Bachelor's degree in engineering obtained through a full-time study.
3. Graduated in 2022 to 2024 with high GPA 3 / 4 or 4 / 5 or equivalent.
4. Degree accredited by the Saudi Ministry of Education.
5. Fluent in English and Arabic.
6. Pass the required assessment and interview.
