Your Responsibilities
- Development, implementation and continuous improvement of Professional Education activities in close cooperation with Healthcare Experts and for safe & effective use training with Product specialists.
- Ensures Professional Education activities are aligned with annual plans and budgets.
- Prepares the following years annual Professional Educational plan for business planning and budgetary purposes.
- Prepares and submits requests for Professional Education activities by collecting all required information from the Initiator and in line with HCP/O management consultancy.
- Looks to the region to define the OMEA training centers and centers of excellence in line with our strategic Prof Ed plan and ensure clear capacity management of these centers within budgets and manpower guidelines.
- Develop and cultivate Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) network by specialty in cooperation with countries, while and maintaining excellent collaboration with faculties. Develop a pool of excellent faculties, expose them to training activities (train the trainers, train the chairmen).
- Coordinates and conducts Professional Education activities according to the standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions and annual plan.
- Evaluation of the educational effect of training and its sustainability as well as quality of training events.
- Understands and adheres to the healthcare compliance guidelines and local regulations conformity of Professional Education with HCC guidelines.
- Set-up of the professional education activities using Learning Management System (LMS).
- Utilize LMS to collect data and generate reports.
- Participate in EMEA Professional Education meetings.
- Contribute in special ProfEd projects as needed basis.
Your qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in an applicable field (e.g. Business Administration, clinical, medical or sales)
- Experience of working within a medical environment and affinity and enthusiasm for medical technology
- Evidence of process and project management
- Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
- Team player with high communication and analytical skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), Arabic & French will be an asset.
