Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Photographer & Videographer to create high-quality visual content that brings our properties to life. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, a strong eye for detail, and the technical ability to deliver engaging photos and videos. This role will also involve post-production editing, so a background in editing software is essential. The role is salaried, and while we will provide a workstation, you will need your own camera equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property photography and videography for real estate listings.
• Capture high-quality images and videos that showcase property highlights and appeal to prospective buyers.
• Edit photos and videos using software to enhance image quality, adjust lighting, and create captivating visuals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all visuals align with our brand identity.
• Manage and organize digital assets for easy access by the team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in photography and videography, ideally with a portfolio showcasing real estate or architectural work.
• Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
• Own professional-grade camera equipment suitable for real estate photography.
• Creative eye with attention to detail and the ability to capture the unique aspects of each property.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
