Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Professional Trainer (PRO) who specializes in UAE law, visa processes, and labor queries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs that cover all aspects of Public Relations Officer (PRO) responsibilities. The role requires a deep understanding of both theoretical and practical applications of UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and related processes.
Training Development & Delivery:- Design and deliver training programs on PRO responsibilities, focusing on UAE labor laws, visa processes, and other regulatory requirements.
Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and practical guides.- Conduct interactive workshops and hands-on sessions to ensure trainees gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
Visa Processes & Labor Law Expertise:- Provide in-depth training on visa application processes, renewals, cancellations, and other related procedures in the UAE.
Explain labor laws and regulations, ensuring trainees understand their implications and applications in real-world scenarios.- Offer guidance on handling labor disputes, employment contracts, and other legal matters related to the UAE workforce.
Practical Application:- Facilitate practical exercises where trainees can simulate PRO tasks such as submitting visa applications, managing labor queries, and interacting with government entities.
Evaluate trainee performance in real-world scenarios to ensure readiness to handle PRO responsibilities.Regulatory Compliance & Updates:
Stay updated on changes in UAE laws, regulations, and procedures related to labor and immigration.
- Incorporate the latest legal updates into training programs to ensure compliance and relevancy.
Advise the organization on best practices and compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws.Mentorship & Support:
Provide one-on-one support and mentorship to trainees, helping them to develop their skills and confidence in managing PRO responsibilities.
- Offer ongoing support and refresher training as needed to keep trainees up-to-date with new developments in UAE law.
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a PRO or in a related role, with a strong understanding of UAE labor laws and visa processes.
Proven experience in training or teaching, with excellent communication and presentation skills.- In-depth knowledge of UAE legal systems, labor law, visa regulations, and government procedures.
Ability to develop engaging and informative training materials and programs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Familiarity with digital training tools and platforms.
Certification in HR, labor law, or training and development.
* This role may require travel to various training locations across the UAE.
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate training schedules.
