Responsibilities
- Provide implementation scheduling, resolutions to technical issues and general advice as technical consultant.
- Ensure member success with thorough project management, meeting deadlines and frequent communication.
- To Prepare and provide necessary technical services implementation plan and documentations to ensure successful installations of different technical solutions.
- Cooperate with other team members to ensure successful solutions delivery.
- Work with project manager for SOW and implementation plan.
- Work with the sales team and presales team on security design
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering
- Years of experience :3+
- Good knowledge in:
- NGFW: Palo Alto, Forcepoint, Fortigate
- Email Security: Forcepoint, Trendmicro.
- DLP: Forcepoint.
- Web Security: Forcepoint.
- Endpoint protection: Trendmicro, Palo alto, Kaspersky.
- Microsoft Office
