Amazon is seeking a Reliability and learning Program manager(RLP), to join our growing AMET Reliability and Maintenance Engineering (RME) team. The successful candidate will have a strong level of ownership and be a highly motivated individual who has confirmed experience in managing complex MHE. The RLP will have a high work capacity while being detailed oriented and agile to manage business changes with strong in building relationship in a multicultural environment.
The RME team maintains and optimizes technologies ranging from large, modern, purpose-built warehouses utilizing conveyance all the way through the value chain to small, high speed warehouses placed as close to our customers as possible. We maintain and optimize technologies in the Global Amazon Fulfillment, Sort Center, and Delivery Network. AMAZON AMET is a day 1 growing region with a startup mindset and culture.
RLP main focus is to drive the whole region to ensure that the newly introduced technologies are delivered to the required level across our sites, guaranteeing compliance, employee safety and minimal downtime. They will be handling all aspects related to MHE assets from installation to reaching OEE target. Mainly by working closely with APM, automation team and central team in early stage, then by training local teams and by focusing on eliminating top offenders defects. They had to handle key escalations from the teams to solve the recurrent failures and ensure vendors local presence and support to ensure rates are achieved. They will also manage different initiative to improve the rates and costs while ensuring a higher SLA and internal customers satisfaction.

. Support RME site-based teams colleagues in overseeing the delivery of new technologies with adequate training, vendors local presence strategy and by targeting main recurrent defects.
.Track the different learning and reliability programs in collaboration with the region managers and finance.
. Dive Deep into asset performance data to identify opportunities for improvement. Drive the major initiatives on the ground to deliver the results.
. Track and solve the recurrent issues in collaboration with the different internal and stakeholders, act as an in internal escalation point.
. Collaborate with Procurement to govern major vendors to ensure continued high performance, including measurement of KPI and SLA and sourcing of new vendors.
. Support the rollout of regional initiatives to improve services and cost such as new technologies deployments, reliability initiatives.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of Reliability Program Manager or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
- Experience with computers, including MS Excel, Word and Office
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of team management, budget responsibilities, supplier management, problem solving, and client/ customer relations experience
- Experience with preventive maintenance procedures, industrial electrical, industrial controls, and industrial electronics & robotics
