Program Manager (Saudi National)

As part of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 initiative, we are seeking a skilled Saudi National Program Manager for a 12-month extendable contract. This role focuses on vendor onboarding and relationship management for the Open-Source Software Project within KSA's public and semi-private entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of vendor interactions
• Liaise with government officials and internal departments
• Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with KSA regulations
• Provide project governance and regular status reports
• Develop and update onboarding materials

Requirements:

• 4 - 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in vendor management and procurement managing a digital transformation projects
• Knowledge of local procurement laws
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Bachelor's or Masters degree in a related field
• PMP certification
