Supports United States Forces Global (USFOR-G) providing multi-disciplined intelligence operations in support of global United States (US) military and government operations, including, but not limited to, all Major Commands and Combatant Commands of all military branches. Provides global intelligence analytical reach-back in support of Department of Defense (DoD), Special Operations Command (SOCOM) and Special Operations Forces (SOF) initiatives, missions, and crisis response as well as US Army Europe & Africa (USAREUR-AF) remote, CONUS-based, analytical support.
Responsibilities:
- Provides oversight and management of all contractor personnel, logistics, support, and other program management responsibilities.
- Interface with the Government's Program Contracting Office (PCO) and their designated representative (COR/ACOR/TTM) and shall be available when necessary, during all duty hours and have the authority to meet with the PCO or COR/ACOR/TTM to discuss and resolve contract matters.
- Maintain 100% accountability and awareness of all personnel at all times when contractor personnel are deployed including an accurate listing of all Regional Managers (RM) and Program Management Support Personnel with contact information and provide it to the COR/TTM as changes occur.

- Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Certified Program Manager, Level III, Federal Acquisition Certification (FAC) P/PM Level III, or Project Management Institute (PMI) -Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- At least two (2) years experience in Afghanistan or Iraq or equivalent deployment experience.
Clearance Required:
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other related business field.
Minimum Years of Experience:
- At least eight (8) years experience working in the Government environment, as either a Government or contractor employee, leading large, complex, multi-million dollar projects and multi- disciplined teams.
Preferred:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or other related business field.
- Experience in either Afghanistan/SWA regional/political/military issues.
- Former US Army Command or equivalent experience.
