Programme Manager - Oracle Fusion Modernization
Seeking a Programme Manager for a key role in an enterprise modernization project, focusing on the governance and project management of Oracle Fusion adoption. This position will involve coordination with implementation partners and managing various aspects of Oracle Fusion modules, including CRM/ERP/HCM.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential project challenges.
Allocate resources effectively and ensure team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
Monitor project progress against milestones and deliver regular status updates to the customer.
Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to keep the project on track.
Communicate project status, issues, and resolutions in a clear and timely manner.
Understand and identify critical points and bottlenecks within the process, providing proactive solutions.
Qualifications:
Senior Project Manager with 10 years of experience in projects.
Enterprise experience in program management.
Experience in Oracle Fusion expertise - ERP/HCM/CRM modules.
Experience or knowledge on Oracle Products.
Proven ability to manage projects involving mobile apps, HCP, and supply chain management processes.
Strong communication skills and experience managing customers.
Hybrid work flexibility with an on-site presence in Dubai is required.
Familiarity with Prince, ITIL, or PMP methodologies will be an advantage,
Experience in government or healthcare sectors, especially with back-office ERP, Supply Chain, and HCM will be an added advantage.
