Job Description

Job Brief:

Are you experienced in enthusiastic and highly detail-oriented project administrator and having experience in general administration too

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project-related administrative tasks as well as HR and accounting related tasks. If you have relevant experience then you are the one we are looking for.
  • Key Responsibilities
Must be effective in project coordination that includes timely procurement of equipment and delivery issue purchase orders, develop project plans, schedule project activities, review commercial agreements, communicate with stakeholders, maintain project documentation etc.
  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations, compile and update employee records, and process documentation related to staffing, recruitment, training, handle employee requests, assist in payroll preparation, manage complaints and grievance procedures.
Conduct initial orientations and maintain a list of employees visas for timely renewal.
  • Prepare and maintain records of cheque payment vouchers, invoices, submit salaries, process and document expenses, assist the accountant if required
Assist in preparing accounts payable and receivables.
  • Coordinate with shipping agents/ logistics companies on the shipments.
  • Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:
Bachelors Degree in any stream
  • Previous experience in a company with multitasking and various responsibilities.
5+ years of experience in administration that includes project coordination, HR, administration, and logistics.
  • Proven ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Fundamental accounting knowledge.
  • Experience in procuring technical equipment and coordinating with logistics.
Proficiency in using Microsoft software.
  • Intelligence and resourcefulness with strong problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills with peers, clients, suppliers, and seniors.
  • Ability to think quickly and multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
