Description:

We are presently recruiting an experienced and talented well-rounded architect. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional architectural and design expertise, exposure to building systems, and a proven track record of successful architectural projects production and delivery. Knowledge of traditional architecture is a plus. As a project Architect, you will play a pivotal role in crafting high end projects and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, working across the globe and ensuring the delivery of innovative, sustainable, and functional architectural solutions.

Essential Job Functions:

• Work with the team to develop architectural deliverables and 3D representations.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Develop design options and alternatives for review with senior design staff.
• Research products that meet specific design and construction requirements.
• Insure and perform proper technical detailing and documentation of the projects
• Conduct periodic technical and quality reviews for the design deliverables
• Assist in creating presentations, RFPs for consultants, material suppliers and third parties for projects
• Provides on-going communication through team meetings/minutes/up-date memos.

Experience and Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of professional experience in architectural design, experience in high end residential and / or hospitality projects is preferable.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
