Business Analyst collects and analyse business requirements for projects and creating business cases to be evaluated in the Portfolio Steering Committee. In addition to this, Business Analyst will be supporting change management efforts by working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders and end users.
- Support in creating business cases for project evaluation, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and alignment with business strategy.
- Perform gap analyses between current processes and proposed solutions.
- Support change management initiatives by developing stakeholder communication plans and ensuring smooth transition during project implementations.
- Work closely with project teams and vendors to ensure requirements are clearly defined and met.
- Define and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and project objectives.
- Help prioritize projects within the portfolio based on strategic importance and business impact.
- Lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders to clarify project requirements and address change management needs.
Job Requirements:
Experience & Knowledge:
- At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or project management roles.
- Experience with change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with project portfolio management tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of financial modelling and business case creation.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering or a related field.
