JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Controls Manager to join our team. As the Project Controls Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the project controls function to ensure all Schedule Management, Reporting, and Project Documentation Maintenance activities are carried out in a timely and accurate manner. You will play a key role in developing and implementing project controls processes and systems, monitoring project performance, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to optimize project outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project controls processes, procedures, and systems
- Monitor and control project scope, budget, and schedule
- Analyze project data and provide insights and recommendations to project teams
- Prepare and present project performance reports to stakeholders
- Identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Provide guidance and support to project controls team members
- Ensure compliance with project controls processes and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- 20 Years experience including 5 years experience on similar Projects with Middle East project experience
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in project planning and control software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in the civil engineering industry is preferred
