Multinational company which operates in water sector, is developing a huge project, in engineering area, based in Doha, Catar.
We're currently recruiting a Project Coordinator.
Mission:
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities to ensure successful project delivery. Your role involves coordinating between project teams, managing schedules, and ensuring that all project tasks are completed on time and within scope.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of project activities and milestones.
- Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor project progress and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure project goals are met.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and meeting minutes.
- Support the Project Manager in managing project risks and issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and recording minutes.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in managing project budgets and resources, and provide updates on financial status.
- Address and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts that arise.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Technical Diploma in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of overall experience.
- At least 10 years in a project coordination or similar role, with experience in managing project tasks and activities.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills; proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite; excellent problem-solving abilities
