Job Description

Job Purpose

Project Secretarial duties/ Document Controlling

Job Responsibilities

  • Preparation of all project related correspondences with Client, Consultant, Supplier etc and maintain proper records.
  • Preparation of Document/Material transmittals for approval to Client/Consultant and follow-up for approval.
  • Preparation of project related Work permits, NOC documents, Petty cash statement, Staff attendance and telephone statements etc.
  • Document controlling with easy filing system
  • All other secretarial works.
  • Comply and implement the OHS & EMS policies
  • Follow all HSE instructions, setting an example to others
  • Stop any unsafe work/act and report to the HSE department
  • Report immediately to the HSE if any Safety/Environmental concern is noticed in and around your working area

Job Requirements

Qualification

Graduate in any subject or Diploma in Electrical engineering

Skills

  • Well knowledge in computer applications with basic knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Good Typing speed (65wpm)
  • Experience in GCC Countries in similar projects on similar responsibility
  • Willingness to work to deadline
