Job Purpose
Project Secretarial duties/ Document Controlling
Job Responsibilities
- Preparation of all project related correspondences with Client, Consultant, Supplier etc and maintain proper records.
- Preparation of Document/Material transmittals for approval to Client/Consultant and follow-up for approval.
- Preparation of project related Work permits, NOC documents, Petty cash statement, Staff attendance and telephone statements etc.
- Document controlling with easy filing system
- All other secretarial works.
- Comply and implement the OHS & EMS policies
- Follow all HSE instructions, setting an example to others
- Stop any unsafe work/act and report to the HSE department
- Report immediately to the HSE if any Safety/Environmental concern is noticed in and around your working area
Job Requirements
Qualification
Graduate in any subject or Diploma in Electrical engineering
Skills
- Well knowledge in computer applications with basic knowledge of AutoCAD
- Good Typing speed (65wpm)
- Experience in GCC Countries in similar projects on similar responsibility
- Willingness to work to deadline
