Job Description

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the fit-out industry with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant UAE experience.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare detailed cost estimates.
  • Coordinate with the project management team, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather accurate cost information.
Prepare and submit detailed, itemized estimates for client approval.
  • Review and update estimates as project designs evolve.
Follow up regularly with sales, docs, design, operations and finance to ensure that all submissions are made on time and approvals are obtained without delay.

Ensure that samples are submitted to projects from inside sales team within the time frame.

Prepare a Project coordination matrix and ask corresponding engineers to schedule the works.

Schedule the works of all sites in line with the plan

Get approval for a timeline of each work schedule from the director and release it to the project engineers for strict adherence.

Receive a copy of the signed site visit report from the survey team, any variation needs to be discussed with the Project Engineers and Design team

Receive signed site clearance report from project engineers before scheduling the works

Notify the client or contractors if any delay happens in site clearance

Receive Estimation from the site inspection team, receive approved Material list from the project engineers, review and pass on to accounts for approval with comments

Day-to-day interaction with project engineers to observe work progress at site to update site clearance status, and notify management regarding any delay at the site

Quality check at site prior to IRs that all work has been done per company standards and guidelines.

Obtain an approved copy of IR from engineers at each stage of inspections

Monitor that work is completed on time, and if ever any uneven incidents happen, notify management on a daily basis

Update start and finish dates of each module of a project while the team executes work at the site

Inform documentation staff and design crew on as-built drawings to ensure that the submittals are on time for submissions.

Capable of shouldering responsibility of project management and taking timely actions.

Coordination skills all activities to ensure the completion of projects on time and within budget.

Experience in AutoCAD.
