What You'll Be Doing
- Tracks critical correspondence for management team, assisting preparation of responses and follows up to ensure deadlines are met.
- Tracks the engagement calendar, plans meetings, arranges facilities, invites and tracks required attendees, sending reminders where required.
- Facilitates the New Employee Orientation in coordination with management.
- Takes notes, prepares and distributes meeting minutes.
- Assist leadership in maximizing organizational efficiency.
- Administration tasks such as updating and tracking vacation schedules.
- Other tasks as required.
- Supports management team with administrative functions and business management.
- Demonstrated experience in administrative management and support, drafting agendas, meeting minutes, and coordinating with senior executive support staff to ensure the execution of deadlines and deliverables.
- Demonstrated experience in tracking internal and external tasks, organizing, coordinating, and facilitating senior level meetings. Experience in compiling, editing, and organizing office communications. Experience in client facing roles.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration (or equivalent) and typically at least 5+ years of experince.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring
- Strong written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required.
