Must Have:

Job Criteria: Utilize AutoCAD to create precise technical furniture drawings, manage a team of freelancers, and ensure high-quality production standards. This role involves problem-solving, project planning, and maintaining excellence in all aspects of furniture manufacturing.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD.
-Ability to check shop drawings in details.
- Manage and coordinate freelance professionals.
- Conduct quality assurance checks throughout production.
- Collaborate with design and production teams.
- Plan and organize projects from concept to production.
- Evaluate production drawings and resolve potential issues.
- Maintain effective communication with teams and stakeholders.
- Proactively solve problems and assess risks.
- Uphold The Design House's commitment to excellence.
- Possess a UAE driverâs license is a plus
*Qualifications and Skills:*
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing for furniture.
- Knowledge of furniture design principles and manufacturing processes.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Experience in team management and project coordination.
