Aventus are working with a leading consultancy who are looking to appoint a Project Director for a large-scale development in Riyadh, PMC experience is a must.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of mixed-use project, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and project objectives.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to develop project plans and designs that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality standards.
- Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and consultants, to ensure seamless execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all work meets industry standards and project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including zoning laws and environmental standards
Requirements
- A strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and design through to construction and completion.
- Proven experience managing end to end developments and delivery from PMC side
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- 20 years industry experience, 10 years experience in similar level position within mixed-use developments.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
