Position Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Project Director with a proven track record in high-rise, luxury residential, and branded developments to lead and oversee the execution of large-scale projects. This individual will bring deep expertise in real estate project management, with a specific focus on high-end, high-rise residential developments. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in delivering luxury and branded projects, demonstrating strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on experience managing complex project lifecycles from inception through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Direct and oversee all phases of high-rise and luxury residential projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery in alignment with quality and brand standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, architects, contractors, and local authorities.
- Budget & Financial Oversight: Develop and manage project budgets, forecasting, and financial planning to optimize resources and maintain profitability.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and establish mitigation strategies to maintain project continuity and integrity.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold quality standards and ensure all project elements meet luxury and branded development criteria.
- Team Management: Lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence, and providing mentorship and support.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years in real estate project management, with at least 8-10 years in high-rise, luxury residential, or branded developments.
- Local Experience: This individual will require a minimum of 5 years local UAE or GCC experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong background in construction methodologies, project management software, and an understanding of Dubai's regulatory landscape.
- Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; a Master's or PMP certification is advantageous.
- Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, highly organized, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
