Our client, a leading System Integrator in KSA are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead multiple projects encompassing the design review, supply, supervision, testing, and commissioning of low current systems and ICT.
This role demands expertise in various systems, including ICT, Smart Services, and Security Systems, combined with strong capabilities in customer relationship management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. The ideal candidate will be adept at ensuring project alignment with client and consultant expectations, managing resources efficiently, and proactively addressing potential risks.
Job Description:
Manage relationship and expectation of different stakeholder.
Supervise multiple concurrent projects management.
Ensure projects triple constraints are adhered to and deliver high quality projects.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring continuous alignment with client expectations and project objectives.
Supervise subordinate staff assign work activities monitor performance and review results.
Act as a coach to subordinates.
Efficiently manage project resources, including team allocation, budgeting, and material resources, to ensure optimal utilization and project success.
Implement comprehensive risk management strategies, identifying potential risks, and developing mitigation plans to ensure project continuity and success.
Ensure a regular progress update to stakeholders and effective communication across all projects and in all phases.
Ideal Candidate will have previous background in:
a. Design implementation and integration of low current and ICT systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
b. Close interaction with procurement and supply chain management, ensuring timely availability of structured cabling, passive and active components.
c. Proper testing and commissioning of diverse ELV systems (like BMS, GRMS, Security Systems, Public-Address, Audio-Visual Systems, BGM, Lighting Control...).
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science or Engineering University degree.
Minimum 10- 15 years experience with ICT & ELV systems knowledge.
Well experienced in managing the contractual and commercial part of contracts including negotiation of contract terms and award of contracts to subcontractors.
Possess technical and strategic leadership with a project management focus and critical understanding of multidiscipline project execution turnarounds and risk mitigation.
Well versed in defining project scope goals and deliverables that support business KPIs in collaboration with the Management and stakeholders.
Arabic Native with Saudi Experience.
In Saudi with Valid work permit.
