Project Director
Location - Saudi Arabia
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management within the EPC industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale EPC projects in the oil & gas, infrastructure, and/or energy sectors.
- Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian market dynamics, regulations, and cultural considerations.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable. Additional certifications such as PRINCE2, Agile, or Six Sigma are a plus.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and other relevant tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
