About the Company:

An international oil & gas and energy business with a track record in delivering oil & gas upstream E&P projects, power plants, and refinery construction projects.

Role Purpose:

Highly skilled Project Director / Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver large oil & gas and energy generation CAPEX projects ranging from $500 million to $2 billion.

You will have extensive experience in project management and technical delivery within the oil and gas or energy infrastructure industries, with a strong track record of managing complex, high-value projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Managing, leading, and implementing oil & gas facilities projects (greenfield and brownfield) to meet business expansion objectives, within agreed budgets, schedules, quality and HSE will be key.

You must have experience in management of all engineering, procurement, subcontracting, construction, contractual, planning and cost estimating activities at all stages of the project life cycle.

Monitoring and controlling engineering, procurement and construction activities to ensure smooth project execution.

Managing technical clarification meetings with vendors & construction contractors.

Key Requirements:

10+ years of project management experience in the implementation of EPC projects within the oil & gas and energy industry.

Must have started your professional career in a technical engineering discipline (for a minimum 3 years) prior to progressing into a project management role.

Must have broad knowledge of upstream and midstream oil, gas & energy industry applications and technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or a similar Engineering discipline.

Project management industry qualifications.
