Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in contracting companies to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contracting companies, with specialized experience in infrastructure and networks of water supply and sewage systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Management:
  
  - Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and budgets.
  
  - Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
  
  - Monitor and adjust project progress.
  

• Technical Oversight:
  
  - Provide technical guidance to project teams.
  
  - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  
  - Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
  

• Resource Management:
  
  - Manage labor, materials, and equipment.
  
  - Collaborate with procurement teams.
  
  - Optimize resource utilization.
  

• Budget and Cost Control:
  
  - Develop and manage project budgets.
  
  - Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures.
  
  - Prepare financial reports.
  

• Communication and Coordination:
  
  - Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
  
  - Facilitate project meetings.
  
  - Maintain effective communication with clients and team members.
  

• Risk Management:
  
  - Identify and mitigate project risks.
  
  - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  

  Qualifications and Skills:

  
  - Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  
  - Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering within contracting companies.
  
  - Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD).
  
  - Strong knowledge of construction methods and regulations.
  
  - Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
  
  - PMP certification is a plus.
