INTECH Automation & Intelligence is looking for an energized and capable professional for the role of a Project E&I Engineer who should have some major specifications in extraction/validation of technical scope from Customer documentation/running applications related to software, hardware design, E&I Design, Engineering, Review, assembly & staging, FAT, SAT, etc.
- Review project specifications, scope of work, procedures, and schedules to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Prepare installation-related procedures, method statements, and work instructions for E&I activities.
- Review and coordinate with all involved parties, resolving site issues and communicating concerns to management, including any potential impacts on schedule or cost.
- Analyze and review drawings and design deliverables for accurate planning of fabrication, installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases.
- Monitor and report daily progress, manpower utilization, and productivity, assisting the Lead Engineer in identifying and addressing discrepancies.
- Ensure project progress meets planned schedule requirements and that installation activities proceed on time.
- Prepare material requisitions for purchase orders and coordinate with procurement teams.
- Establish and prioritize material deliveries to align with the project completion schedule.
- Ensure all engineering aspects of the project are executed according to the agreed plans, specifications, and standards.
- Prepare and submit technical and progress reports as required by project management.
- Direct and supervise field technicians and oversee the development of red-lined drawings for project records.
- Provide design and engineering support in coordination with the clients site team as needed.
- Ensure that engineering practices, codes, and standards meet site-specific and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee and supervise Electrical & Instrumentation installation activities, ensuring Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance, as well as quality and timely execution.
- Be familiar with the assigned scope of work, including interactions with existing facilities, other projects, and related disciplines.
- Ensure work completion within the specified scope, adhering to quality requirements and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC Onshore/Offshore HSE requirements and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Master Degree in Engineering field
- 5 -10 years of work experience in international projects & engineering of Instrument & Control Systems
- Experience with ADNOC shall be preferred
- Abu Dhabi Residency is preferred
