Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer with expertise in fit-out and luxury villa projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of fit-out and luxury villa projects. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
- Design Coordination: Collaborate with architects, designers, and stakeholders to review project designs and specifications. Ensure alignment between design intent and construction execution.
- Quality Control: Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with quality standards, project specifications, and local regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
- Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets. Monitor expenditures and implement cost-control measures to ensure projects remain within financial parameters.
- Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying critical paths and resource allocation. Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, budget status, and potential risks.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior engineers and site staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Engineer, with a focus on fit-out and luxury villa projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques specific to high-end residential projects.
- Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
