Job Title: Project Finance Manager

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping financial strategies, building comprehensive models, and conducting in-depth feasibility studies to ensure the success of key initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models, including revenue projections, cost estimates, and cash flow forecasts, in line with best practices and strategic objectives.
- Conduct feasibility studies for ongoing projects, assessing financial metrics and risks.
- Review financial forecasts regularly, adapting to project progress and market conditions.
- Build comprehensive business cases with detailed financial feasibility insights and recommendations.
- Implement cost optimisation strategies without compromising operational effectiveness.
- Identify and capitalise on revenue generation opportunities through strategic initiatives.
- Act as the primary finance contact for financial targets and sustainability initiatives.
- Develop metrics to assess potential project partners financial stability.
- Track project milestones and evaluate performance post-contract against business cases.
- Establish a centralised database for key learnings to enhance future projects success rates.
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are advantageous.
- 4-6 years of project finance experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
Skills:
- Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong financial modelling and quantitative skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
- Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and compliance standards.
