Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring meetings (internal and external) for Executive Sponsorship Program are done
On time delivery with right quality of support material for Executive Sponsorship Program (customer meeting prep / Excom presentation)
Design, process and build Incubator Program to grow L/M/S customers into L/SA
Design and implement department process and RACI
Manage and executive top management projects
- Soft skills: leadership & employee engagement, communication, teamwork, performance management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, Communication, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an executive support or project management role, ideally with exposure to supporting C-level executives.
- Fluency in professional English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills, with the ability to create and communicate materials effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
