Project Manager (12 Months Contract)

Job Description Summary

Responsible for the coordination of projects, including small tenant improvements, assignments, capital improvements and building or site repairs for properties; may provide project management support to Project Managers or Directors for designated projects.

About the Role:


Prepare a clear development brief in respect of the Projects quality, cost and time requirements and limitations.
Advise on the procurement strategy and prepare project budget and tender documents (pre-contract & post contract administration and procedures).
Facilitate and provide oversight on consultant & contractor progress (site based, at client office).
Provide building technical support to Facility Management encompassing commercial, industrial and residential properties.
Perform project management work in various projects like building Civil & Structural, office fit outs, building repairs and replacement and additional and alteration works specifically new green field industrial works.

About You:


Bachelor's Degree in Project Management / Facilities Management / Engineering or equivalent.
At least 3 to 5 years of relevant post graduate experience.
Knowledge in project management, construction works( C&S), building services and fit-out design.
Multi-discipline background and experience in Planning, Management, Technical & Contractual skills.
Ability to travel and manage multiple projects.
