Job Description

Job Summary

Ensure the company's reputable image by ensuring the proper implementation of needed projects and periodical maintenance according to plans that reflect company standards and values. Additionally, work on cost-saving by ensuring accurate reporting of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and tracking project completion as per the contract and within the appropriate timeframe.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Discuss with the operation team the master plan for any modifications and send it back to the design team until agreeing on the final Master Plan.
  • Study technical drawings sent from the design office to be implemented on the ground as agreed.
  • Plan project budget and Capex, and obtain all necessary approvals to start the next phase.
  • Print and study BOQ to be sent to contractors for their offers.
  • Participate in the committee to choose the best contractor offers that align with the required BOQ and company standards.
  • Negotiate with contractors to get the best offers with the best prices and payment terms.
  • Ensure proper execution of the project by the agreed contractor as needed.
  • Communicate with the contractor regarding any issues related to execution to ensure alignment with company needs.
  • Primary receive the branch and ensure alignment with agreed standards.
  • Final receive the branch by developing a snag list to ensure company rights.
  • Communicate with marketing and operations regarding the soft opening and requirements needed for the best company image.
  • Participate in the feasibility study of new projects.
  • Coordinate with different parties (Landlords, Mall Management, Contractors) on any project-related agreements and terms to get the best terms in favor of the company.
  • Coordinate machine installations with the installation company, mall management, and the operations team.
  • Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Engineering, Project Management, or any related field.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Experience in the F&B sector is preferred.

Experience and Skills

  • 4-6 years of experience in the same field.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Good command of the English language.
