AMSY is a Saudi-based company specializing in general construction, heritage restoration, and the design and implementation of artistic works and aesthetic models. The company also manufactures heritage-inspired fit-outs, objects, and wood pieces of the finest types. AMSY holds all the necessary ISO certifications for quality assurance.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager at AMSY in Al Ul. The Project Manager will be responsible for expediting project timelines, managing inspections, and overseeing logistics. This role involves coordinating and communicating with various stakeholders to ensure project success.

Communication Procedures Internally & Externally

Permits Procedures

Reports templet (progress, maintenance, inspection, MOM, Kick off meeting).

Third Parties communication

Variation orders.

Amendment BOQ

Documentation protocols.

Handover process and reports.

Invoicing process.

Project Oversight

Ensuring alignment with project goals.

Compliance with quality and safety standards.

Reporting: Establish a reporting system to provide updates on project status, performance, and compliance to relevant stakeholders.

Schedule consistent meetings to review project progress project progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment among stakeholders

Risk Management: Identify potential risks in projects and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring

Bid and Tender Management

Providing support in the process of preparing technical and financial offer document

Review and Approval: Establish a review process to ensure all bids and proposals are thoroughly checked for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals before submission.

Resource Management

Optimize Resource Allocation: The main goal is to ensure that all available resourcespersonnel, materials, and equipmentare used in the best possible way to support project objectives.

Maximize Project Efficiency and Effectiveness: Aims to improve how projects are executed, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

Design Coordination

Ensuring Client Requirements are Met: Act as a coordinator with clients to understand their requirements and ensure that the design is aligned with these expectations.

Facilitating Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between design and construction teams, ensuring clear and open lines of communication.

Regularly monitor the progress of design and construction activities to ensure they align with project timelines and objectives.

Facilitate feedback loops between the client and the teams to address any concerns or changes.

Reporting

Developing Standard Reporting Templates: Lead the creation of standardized reporting templates that can be used across all projects and bids to ensure consistency.

Scheduling Regular Reporting Cycles: Establish a schedule for regular reporting cycles (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to ensure timely updates on project status.

Monitoring Compliance with Reporting Standards: Ensure that all project reports adhere to the established reporting standards and methodologies.
