Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for driving change and transformation in the banking industry We have an exciting opportunity for you to lead a portfolio of projects focused on digitization, automation, and process re-engineering to improve service efficiency and reduce risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of multiple projects ensuring on-time, in-scope, and budget delivery.
- Lead change initiatives, acting as the primary interface with business stakeholders.
- Proactively manage risks, report on project progress, and ensure governance compliance.
- Manage, motivate, and develop your team to maximize performance.
- Monitor and manage budgets to identify improvement opportunities.
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and service standards for optimal delivery.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in banking operations or financial institutions.
- Proven track record in project delivery and process improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Professional qualifications in Lean Six Sigma (Master Black Belt) and/or PMP.
- Strong skills in banking processes, system improvement, and project management.
