We are looking for a Valet Parking Manager to join our team and support our day-to-day operation.
A successful Valet Parking Manager will orchestrate the service experience for guests and must be a team-first oriented leader. He/She will be responsible for all duties involving coordination and administration of the location and will manage other personnel to maximize guest and client satisfaction. He/She will provide administrative and technical support to enhance parking operations and develops long term plans and strategies for parking inventories and traffic regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience in Valet Parking and Management is required
Strong Managerial skills with a record of positive associate relations, team leadership abilities and a proven guest service record.- Results oriented with ability to be flexible and work under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate parking solutions for various event
Assist with car parking duties during busy periods. Lead the work group in delivering high levels of guest service
