We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage the successful implementation of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) projects.
The role focuses on ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budget adherence while coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and optimizing DMS processes to support the company's operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Define project milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget allocation.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with software vendors and other key stakeholders.
Implementation and Integration:
- Lead the implementation of DMS projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure seamless integration of DMS with existing Oracle systems and processes.
- Coordinate with software vendors and internal DIH software development teams to customize and configure DMS solutions
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and control project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including risk logs and issue trackers.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Implement best practices and standards in project management and DMS implementation.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or any related field
- Should have an extensive experience in Automotive industry
- Proven track record of successfully completing at least 2 DMS projects in the Middle East region
- Must have a Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 certification or equivalent.
- Proficiency in project management and budget management
