Responsibilities
- Manage the design process of multiple projects, ensuring adherence to project requirements and timelines
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to develop and review project designs
- Ensure compliance with local and international design standards and regulations
- Review and approve design documents, drawings, and specifications
- Resolve design-related issues and provide technical guidance as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to integrate design considerations into the overall project plan
- Monitor design progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in design management within the construction industry
- Extensive knowledge of design principles, standards, and regulations
- Proficient in design software and tools
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Saudi nationals are preferred
