We have an opening with one of our client which is one of the leading Bank in UAE.
- Run projects, prepare project plan and provide MIS reports to PMO offic
- Liaise with cross functional IT team members
- Manage & mitigate project issues and risks
- Manage project resources and team
- Manage project board and stakeholders
- Ensure availability of resources, meeting of timelines and other project details
- Ensure projects are aligned to and deliver against the Business objectives
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Perform appropriate level of stakeholder management across IT, business units and vendors
Serve as highest project internal escalation level
- Take appropriate actions if deadlines, quality or budget are significantly at risk
- Build and develop a high performing project team in order to deliver project results as per the business case
- Follow IT processes as required by PMO standards
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, in accordance with defined quality management practices to achieve common objectives
- Ensure maintaining Data confidentiality

Certifications related to IT Project Management

Conceptual Thinking, Strategic Orientation, Team Leadership, Analytical Thinking, Innovation, Flexibility, Integrity
Minimum 8 years experience as an IT Project Manager preferably with exposure in a Banking/Financial institution.
An overall experience of more than 14 years.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance/ Banking Industry - Preferable
Demonstrated experience managing technology and business projects
Experience in delivering Waterfall and Hybrid Methodology projects
IT Degree or equivalent working experience
Certified Project Management (PMP/Prince 2)
Microsoft Office suite as well as Visio & Project
