Responsibilities:
- Leading, driving and running project reviews with the right stakeholders in the business applying best management practices.
- Defining jointly with the right stakeholders including controlling, quality and legal functions all project / orders plan documents, including scope and financial plans, scheduling and risk management plans.
- Ensuring that execution and project management teams follow best practices and our policies. Effectively monitoring projects / orders progress and efficient resource utilization.
- Monitoring and leading delivery of operational financials and high -level business objectives, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses and cash flow. Identifying, qualifying, quantifying and managing project risks, and ensuring that all opportunities are identified and pursued.
- Capturing, analyzing and sharing lessons learned throughout the project. Ensuring that the pro-jects / contracts is formally closed out, as contractually agreed. Ensuring the formal acceptance of the projects, contract close-out including warranty obligations and its acknowledgement by the customer.
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably electrical)
Minimum 10-12 years of experience with proven track record in leadership positions mainly in Project Management with strong P&L knowledge.
Proven strategic planning and capacity build up skills to deliver business growth objectives, mainly in operations and project management.
Proven people management experience.
Strong financial and commercial background.
Experience in dealing with customers at strategic level.
Conflict management experience.
Negotiation skills and contract management knowledge.
