At Sana Commerce, we're looking for a
Project Manager ERP, who will be part of the ERP department, fully responsible for heading the Microsoft/ SAP Projects team's deliverables.

Job Description
What you'll be doing:
- Manage team's deliveries, including but not limited to add-on installation & ERP development projects, support tickets, and presales consultation.
- Manage full cycle of team's work from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
- Proactively analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure meeting stakeholders requirements.
- Communicate outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Build and develop the globally based virtual team and ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation. Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
- Measure work and team's performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Bring creative and innovative ideas for smoothing team's operations including but not limited regionalization, cross-teams collaboration, data collection & analysis and more.
- Manage workstreams and team using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques abiding to organization's expectations.
- Increasing team-members engagement, satisfaction, skills development, motivation, and overall well-being including personal quarterlies of team-members.
- Be responsible as single owner for defined responsibilities globally for all current and future business regions.
Qualifications
What you'll bring:
- 4 or more years of projects and team management experience.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle, understanding of ERP. implementation (knowledge of SAP and/or Microsoft ERP is a plus).
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
- Proven success records of working with all levels of management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
- Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 (preferred, not mandatory).
- Experience in processes improvisation.
- Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets.
- Experience in managing global virtual teams with strength in multicultural awareness.
- Strong working knowledge of project management tools.
