Implementation and evaluation of the program activities, goals, objectives and outcomes of it.
Recommends priorities and allocation of resources related to assigned projects.
Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Responsible for the program reporting weekly, monthly and annually.
Manage, Coordinate and facilitate the planning and development of the projects
Support the grant/project management process, including tracking and liaising with all project contributors.
Facilitate communication and collaboration tools for the project team, ensuring efficient workflow and document management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Bachelor degree holder
4-6 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
SEO and Digital Marketing experience is a big plus.
Excellent in the English language (B2 minimum) in written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
Excellent communication Skills
Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan and organize activities
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work well with a variety of people and personalities
