PROJECT MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION_
- Be Part of Requirement Gathering and review and approve the Business Requirement Documents
Prepare Necessary Project Documents - Project Plan, WBS, Risk Assessment- Setting up project goals, Deadline and coming up with plans to meet those goals & deadline
Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
- Plan solution Architecture along with Systems Engineer, Software Engineers, Vendors and various other departments
Review and approve the Solution Diagram, LLD, HLD and other documents from various departments and vendors- Managing all kind of resources for projects Man power, Software and hardware Resources to complete the goals of the project
Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
- Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence- Conducting risk assessments for projects
Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress
- Organizing and conduct meetings with Project Stake holders on the progress of the projects, Forecast
Implementation of the Solutions, Monitor and Control of the Solution along with the Team and resources- Prepare Project Costing Budget and Variance
Attend Meetings on technical issues, Bugs CR and Customization and track and follow up the status with Various Teams Internal and External
- Review and approve the Change Request - CR Management
Prepare Various Reports on Project and Resources
_Qualification:
_- Master degree in Computer or Business
Project Management Certification (PMP or Prince2)
- Advanced computer skills and in-depth knowledge of different operating systems, network administration and service desk administration
Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved with them- Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues
Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion
- Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget
Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills- Minimum 2 years Experience as Project Manager
Minimum 3 Years Experience as Business / System Analyst
- Minimum 5 years Experience as Team Lead
