Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Industrial Engineering to manage and implement various strategic projects for Four Winters. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. This role will focus on projects such as establishing an online store, launching ice cream pints for in-store sales, creating merchandise, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, IT, and sales, to ensure successful project implementation.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to support project planning and decision-making.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with the companys strategic objectives.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of processes and systems to support project goals.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
- Proficiency in Google drive and it's tools like Slides and Sheets.
- Fluency in English
- Must be eligible to work in Jordan without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics.
- Background in product development and merchandising.
- Experience in account management and business development
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
