Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in both Civil and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects, leading diverse teams, and ensuring the timely and within-budget completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Management:

Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Oversee all phases of project development, from initial planning through execution and completion.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

• Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.

• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, ensuring clear communication and coordination.

Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and address any issues or concerns.

• Quality and Compliance:

Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

• Implement quality control procedures to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the project.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.

• Budget and Cost Control:

Monitor project budgets and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.

• Identify and address any budgetary issues promptly.

Approve project expenditures and manage financial reporting.

• Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Resolve any project-related issues and conflicts that arise.

Ensure safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe working environment.

• Client and Stakeholder Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

• Provide regular updates on project status, including progress reports and any changes to the project plan.

Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality results and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications

• Education:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.

Experience:
