Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Project Manager with a strong background in Civil Engineering to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. The successful candidate will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies.
- Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial efficiency. Prepare and present regular financial reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant standards, codes, and regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns promptly.
- Identify potential project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies. Resolve any project-related problems that arise during the construction process.
- Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and change orders.
- Ensure all project activities adhere to local regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with significant experience in project management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are preferred.
- Location: Willingness to work in Nigeria and travel to project sites as needed.
